At present there is no comprehensive location that meets all the basic expectations for the development of the population, while it is true there are places dedicated to dance and music but they are far from the Canton, and are small, which has been considered as competition direct, and that's where some people attend to learn that art and culture. For this reason was given the initiative to undertake a significant investment which improves the artistic and cultural development, through excellent service projected in a Learning Center, capable of improving the image of Guangzhou, also promote tourism, while deliver a highly qualified and personalized service. In the development of this study include the observational method, the same to analyze minutely the final results of this work, ie surveys on the subject of study will be studied, he also managed to use the inductive method for obtaining a conclusion from the facts, besides using the deductive method you can collect, organize, summarize, present and analyze the results of the investment. Through market research that was done to the people of Las Naves Canton, we managed to get the results, the same that led to determine the supply and demand, enabling meet the unmet needs of the inhabitants. The financial analysis was obtained as a result that the project is profitable for the investment plan as it is considered an acceptable minimum profit of 14%, an IRR of 60%, an NPV of US$ 433.917,40 rate, taking into consideration to meet the established loan payment of fixed and variable costs would have income as the balance of US $ 77,137.64, therefore it can finalize this investment plan is reliable, with a cost benefit of $ 4.86 allowing the project to have a positive expectation of income. |
