Plan estratégico para el mejoramiento de los servicios académicos de la Unidad Educativa Fluminense, del cantón Buena Fe, período 2015- 2019

The purpose of the research project is to provide the knowledge gained through years of college, in developing a Strategic Plan for the improvement of academic services Fluminense Education Unit. The school has several aspects to be analyzed, so learn from their history and develop diagnostic arise problematical aspects that lead to organizational approach, which is emerging through the process of scientific and empirical research, to make a proposal to improve the academic service. Fluminense Education Unit has provided the opportunity for this research is done, it would be significant to improving business planning and control, which would support the initiative of a strategic plan involving the entire educational community contribution. Professionals in business management, are called to develop such perspectives and in this case since the field of management and control of an educational institution. It is important that the institution has a strategic plan that will lead to the Educational Unit "Fluminense" toward a common goal; In addition, the research project aims to contribute to improve the academic services. The research methods used were observation, deductive, analytical, which was a great help for developing the research project clearly and precisely, as well as the population of the institution is also shown, the Education Unit "Fluminense" no has a Strategic Plan, the same as possible to improve the academic services, where they settled, strategy, vision, mission, so that every member knows who will be responsible for the performance of each strategy and goals where he settled.
