Summary:This research was conducted in the Marcimex company dedicated to the marketing of appliances nationwide, the agency was established since 2004 in the Canton La Maná Cotopaxi Province, where it was shown that the employees as their roles are becoming more functional problems began to surface communication and competition, due to the different ways of taking some situation and different priorities, which often build barriers that hinder communication within the company, the research aimed to determine overall the level of employment in the business climate. We developed a theoretical framework where cited several renowned authors who contributed to the theoretical foundation of the research. The study was framed in a field study with a finite population of 9 employees of this agency. Was used as survey instruments for the perception of the employees of the company in the dimensions of identity, focus group and individual, enterprise integration, control, innovation, rewards, conflicts, standards, training and infrastructure. The results were analyzed statistically-descriptive, concluding that the perception of employees regarding the dimensions analyzed in the survey questionnaires were: Identity 44% considered as poor, in focus group and 67% and 57 staff % respectively, 67% standards, training and infrastructure 67% work determined that the level of these elements is medium. By contrast, in the dimensions of communication, rewards and innovation are what could be considered excellent. To optimize the working environment in the company was structured Marcimex management plan activities to develop in each of the dimensions analyzed to be developed by the company and achieve a medium and long term to improve the working environment of the company
