Shrnutí:The following research studied the factors affecting the productivity of the company The Tesalia Springs Company S.A., Quevedo agency. While the analysis of the management of human talent, given the decreased level of productivity. It has been shown that there are factors such as poor application of the selection process of human talent, imprecision in assigning roles and responsibilities of staff, misleading strategies motivation, so it is necessary to know how those that affect or are involved in the development of company to achieve better and have greater efficiency. The study was conducted using a quantitative method of descriptive and explanatory, since the variables independently initiating a process description of the research process and then make an explanation of the factors that were evident and its causes will be measured. This research took place in a settlement period, as the data will be collected within the planned schedule in the time previously developed. As background to the study productivity rates of both effectiveness and efficiency and effectiveness of 2014 were considered, also for the study of it they were taken into account instruments such as direct observation and survey, through which levels were measured motivation, accuracy and performance of operational and commercial employees of the company, in such a semi structured survey questions to those specific aspects such as management model, functions and responsibilities, methods and techniques applied in the selection process was applied.
