Итог:This research work has as main aim, to achieve the positioning of the “La Rueda “warehouse, which is located at El Empalme town. In orden to carry out this research, was necessary to make a study about the different factors that influence directly and indirectly on the poor result which is reaching the warehouse in this momment. The SWOT analysis, determined the strenghts, weaknesses and opportunities of the " La Rueda" warehouse throught the competition we face every single day, and thanks to it, it allows us to look for some usefull strategies in orden to evaluate the sales, to get new and great clients as well as looking the specific path for positioning the " La Rueda" warehouse, for being the main car parts and tools distributor of the downtown. It Israel important to mention that some surveys were done to the administrative department. This was done with the main objective to know the methods and techniques used for the owner of the " La Rueda warehouse for all their sales as well as know to use the different promotions and marketing strategies they follow in orden to consolídate themselves in the selling of the car parts and tools. However, we developed some extra surveys to all the clients that frequently buy parts of the car pieces and for those who are not regular clients, all these people were the El Empalme population. We also took into consideration that those people who were inmeresed in the survey knew what were the services that the La Rueda warehouse gives to each client. So taking into consideration the survey results we decided to create a contingency plan which will allows us to revert the nowaday situation. Keywords Marketing, strategies, action, positioning
