Propuesta de planeción estratégica para la asociación "Agropac" en el Rcto. perla del pacifico-Cantón Sto. Domingo.

This research was made due to the absence of an administrative system in the "AGROPAC 'Association as neglect and disinterest could not bring in a suitable manner the administrative principles. Proposal for strategic planning for the association "AGROPAC" at Recinto Perla del Pacífico Canton Santo Domingo: In Chapter I, General Purpose raised. Followed by specific objectives: Develop objectives, strategies and AGROPAC Association Develop structural and functional organization of the association AGROPAC In Chapter II, we consider the contribution of several authors in relation to the applied theme, starting with generalized concepts of rural associations, management, strategic planning, strategic planning elements and others relevant to the development of these research concepts. In Chapter III, is described in a detailed way all the resources that were used for this study, these were the same methods and research techniques such as relevance giving the survey and interview as a fundamental part of the investigation. In Chapter IV, the results of the two techniques of investigation and analysis and proposed administrative system coupled to the needs of the association, redefining objectives, corporate values, creating the mission and vision and finally an org with the functions set and requirements that must follow the same policy. In Chapter V, the conclusions of this study appropriately obtained based on research to finally give way to the recommendations set out. In Chapter VI, the literature cited survey forms and interviews indispensable for the development of the research is published.
