| Shrnutí: | This research was conducted with the purpose of designing a heritage education program for cultural tourism aimed at two primary educational establishments in the city of Santo Domingo. The methodology used was descriptive evaluation, and field. This research is fundamentally aplicativa of non-experimental approach, thirteen heritage assets as a result of which valued the tangible cultural heritage of fine furniture belonged to one of the property belonged seven and five belonged intangible cultural heritage. Training of heritage education program lasted six weeks and was performed through two modalities which are theoretical and practical. Were trained hundred sixty eight schoolchildren of parallel "A" and "B" schools of the city of Santo Domingo, who were trained by simple and basic concepts, audio video, dynamic and learning games for thus have greater clarity on the issues. It is recommended to implement the Heritage Education Program to all educational institutions for children and young people know and value the cultural heritage of the city. |
