Given this need was analyzed the possibility of creating the department file for proper organization of documents of different departmental areas of municipal government, helping all administrative personnel to correct and optimize the organization of the file, through the application of this research project and the ongoing commitment of those who make up the staff working as a secretary, you get a significant benefit to the Decentralized Autonomous Municipal Government Mocache canton and the community at large.
