Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un campo santo privado en la parroquia el Carmen, cantón la Maná, Año 2014

This research work was carried out in the Parish Carmen located in Canton La Mana, Cotopaxi Province, with the aim of contributing toeconomic growth and development of this parish. This thes is has as main objective, conduct a feasibility study for the creation of a private Campo Santo in the parish El Carmen, the Canton La Mana, Cotopaxi Province, 2014; analysis of the current situation led to the diagnosis, there is a need for the construction of this work because the general cemetery of this canton has already exceded the máximum capacity to accommodate graves. For the above reasons it is recommended to implement this feasibility study a strategic plan to improve the quality of service tousers, which contains a manual user services, training plan, objectives, staff functions, which allow guide the activities taking place at the institution to there by meet the needs of users; through surveys showed that service qualityis a worrying weakness of this institution; for the reasons mentioned above suggest the directors of this institution analyzed and presented action plans are implemented.
