Diagnóstico de tuberculosis bovina mediante la prueba intradérmica caudal (Tuberculinas) en los cantones de Esmeraldas, Eloy Alfaro y Quininde de la Provincia de Esmeraldas

The present research was conducted on bovine tuberculosis in the cantons of emeralds, Eloy Alfaro and Quininde in the province of Esmeraldas; The general objective was "to determine the prevalence of bovine tuberculosis skin test using flow (tuberculin) in the cantons of Esmeraldas, Eloy Alfaro and Quinindé in the province of Esmeraldas". During the development of research 200 corresponding to the three cantons cattle and results of tuberculosis prevalence was 22% inoculated; and also performed by the physiological state of pregnant animals and production of which came positive animals 4 and 40 respectively. It was determined that the analysis of economic losses to present positive animals in the diagnosis of tuberculosis, for the province of Esmeraldas, a decrease of 20% (100 kg) of body weight is reported due to a sick cow uses its food to try to keep your body in balance. The tuberculin tests are a basic for the presence of tuberculosis infection element therefore play a key role in the program control and eradication of bovine tuberculosis, recommended continuing investigations.
