Fungicida comercial imazalil para el control de la pudrición de corona en la postcosecha del cultivo de banano (Musa spp)

This experiment was carried out in three food processing plants owned by the company "MENDOZA GROUP" located in the Camarones, Province of Los Ríos, Canton Good Faith The experiment lasted approximately five weeks, we studied the response to a fungicide with three dosages to control crown rot of bananas in order to assess the behavior and capacity of the banana plant, it was determined that all characters to effect dosages differ significantly between treatments. The highest percentage of coverage you get treatments that they used the product Imazalil with 100% coverage. To analyze the treatments of Imazalil the lowest rate of Crown rot arose with Imazalil 80 g (1.00 = no mycelium) and the highest rate of rot Imazalil obtained it 60 g (1.75 = presence of mycelium). In the face of the average number of treatments of Imazalil (1.42 = no mycelium) with treatment witness you can see that the witness has highest rate of coverage of Crown (3.75 = ½ presence of rot), there are statistical differences. Greater penetration of corona was obtained in the treatment witness with 4.00 mm, while treatments with Imazalil with 70 and 80 g reported 1 mm presenting statistical differences. If we compare the treatments with Imazalil and witness are still superior values of the control treatment table. Within the index of maturation were obtained the following results were obtained: the control treatment was an index of 4 (more yellow than green), the lower value was reported with Imazalil 80 g with an index (light green) 2. It was noted that 60 g treatment reported the index 5 (yellow with green dots)
