总结: | The research was carried out in the experimental farm "La María" Rumiology and Nutritional Metabolism Laboratory (RUMEN) of the State Technical University of Quevedo (UTEQ), Faculty of Animal Sciences (FCP), located at km 71/2 via Quevedo - El Empalme, Province of Los Ríos, at 01º 06` 30 "south latitude and 79º 29` 30" west latitude and at an altitude of 73 masl. The Chemical Composition (CQ), degradability and in situ ruminal kinetics of the Dry Matter (MS), Organic Matter (MO), Neutral Detergent Fiber (FDN) and Acid Detergent Fiber (FDA) of the Golden Button (Tithonia diversifolia) were evaluated. in different periods of cut (30; 45; 60; 75; 90 and 105 days) and in different periods of incubation (0; 6; 12; 24; 48; 72 and 96 hours). For the determination of the CQ, a completely randomized design (DCA) was applied with six treatments and three repetitions. For in situ degradability, one ACD with six treatments and four repetitions and to establish the differences between Tukey means (P≤0,05). The highest (P˂0,05) chemical composition is recorded at 30 days of regrowth (PC: 16,09%, MS: 90,12%, MO: 86,52%, NDF: 67,24% and FDA: 45,85%). Observing that as the age of the forage increases, these components decrease. The in-situ Degradability of DM (DISMS) was not affected (P˃0,05) by the age of the plant or by the incubation periods. However, DISMO was affected (P˂0,05) at 90 days of cut and between 72 and 96 hours of incubation (93,12 and 95,02%). Likewise, the DISFDN and the DISFDA report the highest percentage of degradability. Effective Degradability for MS (DEMS) was not affected (P˃0,05) by the cut-off periods. However, the ED at 2 hours, for the MO, NDF and the FDA was significant (P˂0,05) at 90 and 30 days of regrowth (92,12%, 89,95% and 72,55%), respectively). Becoming an alternative for the feeding of ruminants and monogastrics, in the Ecuadorian coast, during the dry season.
