Mocache population in and around a major source of consumption of poultry and one of the solutions for obtaining higher quality protein cheaply Considering the field research could recognize the high consumer demand and the feasibility to enter and compete in the market for chicken consumption also no difficulty in relation to its location hindering performance of the project is evident. Inductive, deductive, analytical and synthesis method techniques used were: direct observation, survey and interview results to achieve the following research methods were used.
