The research project has as its theme. Audit of Internal Control treasury department and its impact on the decision making of the company Mundoffice C. Ltda, Quevedo Canton 2013 The overall objective of this research is: run an audit of internal control in the treasury department and its impact on decision making in the company Mundoffice C. Ltda, 2013 Quevedo cantón. The work took into account the descriptive research methods to analyze each of the methods of internal control that takes the treasury, inductive to know if the department needs to improve internal control and deductive research base that allowed through the review, evaluation and analysis of the facts in the place where they occur. The planning done is the initial stage for the development of audit work. It is considered of great importance, this stage where strategy and a detailed plan for the nature, timing and expected scope of the audit approach is developed. Applied audit allowed us to know how the company is located, which carries no adequate internal control also do not distribute manuals functions and staff does not know the internal policies of the company in the different areas. The company is exposed to external and external risks which did not have a strategic plan to prevent such events can help or destroy the economy of the same.
