The marketing plan is established in order to optimize sales and increase revenue in your "Niurka" Pharmacy, through the implementation of strategic plans, established according to the SWOT of the company and the needs of consumers. This will improve the service and increasing sales volume; will also generate more favorable revenue to increase new additional services that auxiliary to the community in the sector. This implementation both the owner and customers will benefit, that the first will improve the company and thanks to this progress consumers will serve as the new services and pharmaceutical products. The research was feasible, because it featured support resources to establish your marketing plan, also had the economic contribution of the owner of his pharmacy Niurka, who considers possible and cost-effective implementation of innovative marketing strategies to optimize the commercial development of the business.
