The shortage of complementary services such as the application of injections, serums, respiratory therapy, assessment of the condition of the patient through the diagnosis of your vital signs, have transgressed in the capture and customer. The marketing plan is established in order to optimize sales and increase revenue in your "Niurka" Pharmacy, through the implementation of strategic plans, established according to the SWOT of the company and the needs of consumers. This will improve the service and increasing sales volume; will also generate more favorable revenue to increase new additional services that auxiliary to the community in the sector. This implementation both the owner and customers will benefit, that the first will improve the company and thanks to this progress consumers will serve as the new services and pharmaceutical products. The research was feasible, because it featured support resources to establish your marketing plan, also had the economic contribution of the owner of his pharmacy Niurka, who considers possible and cost-effective implementation of innovative marketing strategies to optimize the commercial development of the business. In addition the methodological and investigative field used several methods, types, techniques and instruments, which made possible the collection of primary and secondary information. Se determinó que en el año 2010 Su Farmacia Niurka presentó un declive del 10% en las ventas, generado por el deficiente manejo comercial y la carente implementación de planes estratégicos de marketing. La carencia de estrategias de marketing, es generada por el bajo nivel de conocimiento y experiencia del Gerente. La carente aplicación de herramientas de marketing y el escaso conocimiento del administrador ha incidido en el desarrollo empresarial y las actividades comerciales. La escasez de servicios complementarios como la aplicación de inyecciones, sueros, terapias respiratorias, valoración del estado del paciente mediante el diagnóstico de sus signos vitales, han transgredido en la captación y atención del cliente. El plan de marketing, se lo establece con el fin de optimizar las ventas e incrementar los ingresos en su Farmacia “Niurka”, mediante la implementación de planes estratégicos, establecidos acorde al FODA de la empresa y las necesidades de los consumidores. Este mejorará el servicio y aumentará el volumen de las ventas, además generará más ingresos favorables para incrementar nuevos servicios adicionales que auxiliarán a la comunidad del sector. De esta implementación tanto el propietario y los clientes serán beneficiados, ya que el primero mejorará la empresa y gracias a este progreso los consumidores se servirán de los nuevos servicios y productos farmacéuticos. La investigación fue factible, debido a que se contó con recursos de apoyo necesarios para establecer el plan de marketing, además se tuvo el aporte económico de la propietaria de Su Farmacia Niurka, quien considera posible y rentable la implementación de innovadoras estrategias de marketing encaminadas a optimizar el desarrollo comercial del negocio. Además en el campo metodológico e investigativo, se utilizaron varios métodos, tipos, técnicas e instrumentos, los cuales hicieron posible la obtención de la información primaria y secundaria. Analizando la situación actual se planificó la implementación de estrategias de marketing encaminadas a satisfacer la demanda de la ciudadela San José, parroquia Viva Alfaro, ofreciéndoles nuevos servicios, productos farmacéuticos y fijando precios más bajos a diferencia de la competencia.
