Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un centro recreacional en áreas naturales para adultos mayores en el cantón Quevedo, año 2013

The "Feasibility study for the creation of a recreational center in natural areas for seniors in the canton Quevedo" is aimed at improving the quality of life, for which a diagnosis of the current situation was made. Chapter I, of the situation analysis, objectives, rationale and formulation of hypothesis, then the methodology used in the research, data collection techniques, problem determination and justification is given. Chapter II contains the theoretical framework, which formulates theoretical concepts that are taken into account throughout the process of preparing the thesis. In the market analysis it was established that there is unmet demand relative to existing supply. Chapter III, reveals what the methodology and research techniques we use in this project. Chapter IV, we find the technical study, the size, location, infrastructure, distribution areas, space services, costs and personnel requirements, as well as the economic study, in the Financial Statements, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, finally He conducted the financial evaluation that helped determine the profitability generated by the project. Besides financial indices applied as NPV, IRR, and Cost / Benefit show that investment in this project is profitable so they should invest as soon as possible.
