Implementación de una plan estratégico para la finca Mercedes dedicada a la producción agropecuaria ubicada en Quevedo vía a San Carlos.

This research was conducted within the Agricultural Farm "Mercedes" of 40 hectares, located in Quevedo tracks San Carlos, Los Rios province, region coast, Ecuador in 2014. The development of this strategic plan for implementation of the thesis is a theoretical and practical guide. The information required for the investigation is ordered according to chapters described below. In the first chapter Marco Contextual research includes the problem: the problem is reflected in the carecimiento of a strategic plan on agricultural estate. The rationale, the overall objective, specific objectives and the general hypothesis. In the second chapter Theoretical Framework, the different theories for effective and efficient development of the proposal used in research is exposed. In the third chapter Materials and Methods are described, location, methods, types of research, materials and techniques used in the investigation of this work. The fourth chapter presents the results with their analysis and interpretation of data obtained in the survey of the staff of the Agricultural Farm "Mercedes", it consists of 6 questions that allowed evaluate and seek solutions to the problems and which were 17 interview questions to the Managing Owner Mr. Bunner Burgos Mayorga. In the fifth chapter the conclusions of which were the result of surveys of workers and interpreting data analysis were established. Based on the findings the recommendations were established to improve the strategic planning of the Agricultural Farm "Mercedes" In the sixth chapter all references used in the process of researching this thesis.
