| Резюме: | This project aims to develop a marketing plan for the introduction and marketing of chicken selected prey of the Poultry GARCIA brand of the same name. Chapter I deals with the general background of Garcia Avian and sells products in both the provincial and local market situational analysis which analyzes the micro environment of business from suppliers, distributors, consumers end up with competitors and the macro business environment consists of the demographic, economic, technological and political environment. Upon completion of this second part will have a clear view on the current situation of the company and the market in which it operates it. Chapter II consists of the literature review which details all the theory related to the subject of investigation. Chapter III includes the development and analysis of market research, information collected was used as reference to analyze the habits of buyers, competitive market structure and the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of market conditions that will be introduced and marketed this new product. Chapter IV considers the development of a marketing plan, which outlines the objectives to be achieved in the first year, competitive advantage and positioning to identify and choose the most important differences and explain the product effectively to the desired market distinguished from its competitors and the marketing mix (product, place, promotion and price) for this specific product. Chapter V consists of the general conclusions of the entire project based on data and determinations made in each of its parts. |
