The methodology established generalities production cilantro, lettuce, turnips and chard with seven treatments: vermicompost in portion (1, 3 and 5 kg), water hyacinth portion (1, 3 and 5 kg) more a witness, the study variables are expressed in: general organic vegetable production, economic analysis, cost / benefit of the best treatments, costs per hectare income statement for each of the most profitable treatments and breakeven projected costs and revenues. The higher costs in certain agricultural research, correspond in labor aimed at cleaning, site preparation, planting, harvesting and control with a value of $ 611.64, in the preparation of plots this is the largest category with $ 120 00. Cilantro cultivation showed superior when added Vermicompost with performance 31,757.60 kg ha-1 to obtain money by selling $ 47,636.40; production costs being $ 31,939.53 to $ 13,342.34 net income. Lettuce cultivation applied Vermicompost, he won 9963.20 kg ha-1 production and $ 13,450.32, income and had a production cost of $ 33,199.53 beating earnings result in loss of $ 19,749.21 . Turnip was growing with fertilizer Vermicompost, he won 13,268.80 kg ha-1 production with $ 19,903.20 of income. Production costs were $ 31,539.53 with a loss of $ 11,636.33.
