Auditoría de gestión y su incidencia en los procesos administrativos del ministerio de agricultura, ganadería, acuacultura y pesca (Magap), cantón Quevedo, año 2013

The study's main objective was to execute a management audit that contributes to identifying possible shortcomings and possible solutions for the proper functioning of the administrative process of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Aquaculture and Fisheries MAGAP.QUEVEDO, 2013. The draft Research was developed by applying quantitative and qualitative methods such as interviews, surveys, building on desk research, field and descriptive questionnaires, the instruments used and applied were the interview for the head of the office, surveys and technical staff Questionnaire I COSO internal control model, in order to recognize the deficiencies and recommendations to help employ the good administrative management. The conclusions drawn indicate that 95% of the technical staff working in the same familiar with the mission and vision, and meets 83% of established policies, staff performance in the administrative process is 90% state that was established pursuant objectives and 80% in the number of processes performed and 73% of goods in good condition which affects their working staff that requires a good material resources to effectively meet the objectives and targets set activities. In addition it was found that 27% of these assets was given low for what they have done their useful life. The authorities should strengthen administrative activities in order to the effectiveness of administrative management and organization.
