Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | He present study analyzes the impact of the market study in the preparation of the reference budget in the Electronic Reverse Auction in Ecuador during the year 2023. This mechanism, regulated by the National Public Contracting Service (SERCOP), seeks to guarantee efficiency, transparency and competitiveness in the acquisition of goods and services. However, the correct execution of these processes depends on the precision of the reference budget, which must faithfully reflect real market conditions. The research adopts a descriptive and correlational approach, applying qualitative and quantitative methods to understand the challenges faced by contracting entities. A representative sample of awarded processes is analyzed, using techniques such as documentary analysis, semi- structured interviews and the processing of secondary data from official platforms such as SERCOP. |
