Voeg label toe | Samenvatting: | This research was conducted in order to improve the activities in which Salitre Cooperative of savings and credit from Canton Balzar operates, implementing a strategic plan properly structured based on the problems detected in that institution. This research allowed analyzing relevant concepts that allowed for efficient planning, before being used in the planning and development of the same investigation they shall be executed according to the projections of the strategic plan and thus to achieve the expected results. The objectives planted and the most relevant theory according to research variables were selected; they made a data collection which was done by interviews and survey of cooperative customers, employees and manager who responded positively to the need to implement the strategic plan. Addressing related to the improvement of the institution and the action plan to help optimize the process of corporate credit union developed was made. |
