Sumari: | This research was conducted at the field level 2 T. grandis plantations 3 and 8 years old, located in the zone of influence of the UTEQ. Studies in the laboratory were conducted at the Laboratory of Environmental Microbiology and Plant UTEQ, located in the Campus Ing Manuel Alvares Make located at Km 1.5 of the Quevedo way - Quito; with the purpose of evaluating the original HMA T. grandis plantations to be identified, quantified and meet production costs when used as biofertilizer potential seedling nursery level. For the field work and laboratory was used as a research tool descriptive statistics, using T. grandis plantations 3 and 8 years old. At the field level the population was considered the total and for sample 1 kg of substrate in each of the plantations established to be identified and quantified in the laboratory area. The results showed a percentage of mycorrhizal colonization in roots of teak plantation 3 years old 1.5% followed by 8 years of age with 1.3% respectively. For soils of pH plantations both determined in solution in water (H2O) and potassium chloride (KCl), he was found between in slightly acidic range and modern acid between (5,93 and 5,93); (5,33 and 5,45) respectively. For every 100 grams of wet soil (gsh-1) under teak plantations HMA genres Glomus and Gigaspora, but with more spores in planting 3 years old with 28 spores of Glomus and 25 spores of Gigaspora, followed by 8 years old with 26 to 19 spores, respectively. To others, production costs teak seedlings obtained a benefit / cost ratio of $ 1.13 and a yield of 13.64%. |
