Gaia:This research was conducted in the INDUHORST INDUSTRY, located at KM. 2 Track Quevedo - Valencia, during the year 2013 - 2014. The development of this strategic plan provides a practical guide to understanding which consists in the investigation. The application of corporate social responsibility should not be confused with charity events so their realization must be made through a properly prepared plan. Therefore is necessary to develop a strategic plan for the company CSR INDUHORTS. This will develop their skills and increase their strengths as a company. By researching the project, a SWOT analysis was conducted to determine the current situation of the company, determining what resources to draw from and what problems are to be addressed immediately. Management principles and organizational structure which allowed the company to know INDUHORST has a hierarchical order each with their respective roles and established methodologies which social responsibility practices are analyzed. The implementation of the plan of social responsibility in the company can increase the competitive level of the company in the market, as demonstrated in the testing of hypotheses. The company should implement strategies which will enable strengthen corporate image while strengthening the competitive advantages of the company and promote the involvement of the business community, raise social responsibility actions that benefit the company, this is a generating valuable tool that increases the competitiveness and reputation of the company, improve social conditions, environmental and economic environment in which it operates.
