Plan estratégico para la agencia nacional de transito del cantón Quevedo, provincia de Los Rios, periodo 2013-2915

Because today is important that institutions are cutting-edge changes, this research was conducted based on the information provided by the Agencia Nacional de Tránsito Quevedo. For the development and design of proper planning is required to perform external and internal analysis, which are the main factors involved for making decisions, if so, are primarily performed to diagnose the current situation of the Agencia Nacional de Tránsito Quevedo cause-effect diagrams designed to identify the problems of this institution. The methodology used for the development of this study was based on field research as the information is extracted directly from the actors involved in the process, was also that were detailed descriptive each of the perceived problems, as well as strategies to adopted in each specific situation. All this supported techniques and instruments that allowed the collection of data objects of study. The Agencia Nacional de Tránsito Quevedo, by not having a plan based on long-term planning, have caused many problems in service user, taking this institution a great responsibility to the community is urgently required Quevedeña strategic plan makes it possible to achieve the vision and mision of the institution.
