Gestión para la creación de una empresa para el negocio de comida rápida, en el cantón de Quevedo, año 2014

This research was conducted at St Canton Camilo Quevedo, Los Rios Province, River Road area it has a distance of 2.4 kilometers, connecting at one end to Velasco Ibarra bridge, and on the other with the path to Valencia Canton. Developmental detailed chapters VIII below were used: In Chapter I the introduction was structured and elementally analyzed after the problem arose objectives; General: Manage the creation of a fast food company to meet the potential demand of the River Road area of the city of Quevedo, year, and specific: a) conduct an assessment to identify the competition and the demand for fast food in the area River Road, City of Quevedo, b) Analyze the environment of River Road sector to the choice of legal form, and generating an environment conducive to the creation of the company, more quickly, easily and cost framework c) Develop a business plan for the implementation of business fast and healthy food, strengthening the business sector of the Road River City Quevedo. Chapter II Theoretical and legal foundations necessary to give explanation to the topics addressed in the objectives were integrated. Chapter III explains the location of River Road City Quevedo, materials and methods, research techniques applied; We surveyed 383 people in the economically active population of the city of Quevedo projected 2015 and interviews were applied to the Lord Mayor and the Director of the Tourism Unit of the Canton Municipal GAD Quevedo. Chapter IV is the development in the order of the objectives: Surveys and interviews provided the information required for diagnosis identification of competition and the demand for fast food in the Rut del Rio area of the city of Quevedo; the environment of River Road sector to the choice of legal form, and generating an environment conducive to enterprise creation, more quickly, easily and inexpensively analyzed frame. Chapter V is formulated as proposed business plan for the implementation of business fast and healthy food, strengthening the business sector of the Road River City Quevedo. Chapter VI concluded management for creating the fast-food company headed, showing through surveys that there is indeed a potential demand for the implementation of this type of business, in the River Road City Quevedo industry; the design of the business plan for starting requires a total investment of $ 26.930,00. Chapter VII is so structured with citations consulted both in terms of texts provided in the Library UTEQ, as that which was consulted via the Internet, all of them relating to the business plan for the creation of business fast and healthy food. Chapter VIII listed as evidence of the research work carried instruments used in the surveys and interviews, more than pictures taken in the GAD Municipal Quevedo Canton, in the field of River Road
