| Resumo: | This research work was conducted in the city of Quevedo Canton Quevedo in the Swiss pharmacy, The overall objective of this research work is to carry out a performance audit to Human Resource Department of Sales "Pharmacy SUIZA" to determine the level of compliance with internal policies and their impact on the quality of service of the company, the problems encountered were the lack of regulations and operating functions in the sales department, the company does not use indicators and do not perform training to Human talent. It has been the need to implement responsibly the audit, for the better development of activities. Bearing in mind the rules of rigor such as the International Standards on Auditing, bearing in mind the controls of the area to evaluate. The type of research used was the analytical and exploratory methods that were manipulated historical logical, deductive and inductive, analytical and administrative inductive, sources of information gathering were primary and secondary research tools made They were interview and observation. The conclusions of the research, have inadequate verification of compliance with goals, reflected the level of risk of 25% (low), which affects the business development, also identified that no training is done at the pharmacy staff with 0% risk level (high), resulting in poor performance of the operations, presenting the recommendations of this project in order to correct what are being wrongly that does not affect growth the company |
