Diseño de un molino artesanal para maíz con una capacidad de 250 kg/h para granjas avícolas

This research work was intended design of a handmade corn grain mill, in order to implement this machine for the use of small and medium producers, dedicated to the poultry industry, providing them with technical equipment; eliminating traditional processes, and high cost in the production of food for birds. Research was established to determine the incidence of designing a crushing machine corn in the production process of poultry farms, diagnosis and prognosis in the problem statement was made, detailed objectives met during the project. He was executed in the province of Los Rios, in the canton Quevedo, results and discussion of research are obtained here all parameters used for machine design, operating characteristics, safety factor, materials and speed found roller system and transmission limitations. The financial study to indicate the level of profitability that had the launch of the project, with a net present value of $ 327.76, an Internal Rate of Return of 30.33%, and a benefit cost $ 3.34. It was determined that the conclusions, if they were hit in the research process.
