Résumé:The research project is a study on the use of social networks facebook and instagram as advertising strategies for brand positioning or services of commercial premises in the city of Quevedo, where a thorough analysis of ten local is made specifically of character commercial on planning that owners or managers perform prior to their inclusion in advertising through social networks at the same time to know through an analysis by direct observation of the current state of social networks facebook and instagram of each business selected. For this information techniques and tools applied to data collection an real information, using surveys to a sample of quevedeña citizenship that reveal their perspective based on the current advertising through social networks, and the implementation of interviews with each of the owners or managers of commercial premises selected as the object of study for their views on the form of communication and interaction between customer -company. During the Project execution was stayed on direct observation of social networks of selected commercial premises to determine whether the manifestation of the questions through interview arose changes, noting that some local improved their interaction on facebook and instagram of their business, while others expressed as we do not have time availability. It can be concluded that the use of facebook and instagram for advertising commercial products or brands, is at the forefront and are one of the strategies of online advertising more currently use and through which excellent results as has been observed in some cases of successful large and small business running this type of media, unfortunately the owners or managers of commercial premises in the city of Quevedo lack knowledge about the proper handling of facebook and instagram because it arises creation a manual guide for micro, where in the step by step implementation of business on facebook and instagram without professional knowledge.
