The areas of greatest planting and production of this species are located in the provinces of the Rivers, Guayas and Manabí and eastern Ecuador, which is why it becomes a source of work and development, the San Carlos area located in the province of the rivers where you are domiciled company PRODUSIEMBAL Cia. Ltda. It will be the starting point for the design of this plan, which will be developed in a interaction and practice of knowledge, ethical and moral values, skills and experience acquired in the different areas during my academic training. The company PRODUSIEMBAL Cia. Ltda. it produces blocks of balsa wood which marketed at the Ecuadorian company Delegation Balsaflex Spain, a company that is responsible for processing and be laminated to send them to the outside, that is to say it is an intermediary marketing, the raw material is obtained from producers in the area and in provinces like Emeralds, Manabí and provinces of the East. It was considered an export plan for the efficient marketing of the processed product, meaning for the company a profitable business for economic income paid and the option to increase new markets outside our borders for example, covering the European and Asian market since, according to financial indices of the Central Bank of Ecuador there are untapped markets where the company can point since the company currently sells it to local businesses. On the basis of these arguments are carried out the research of how to create a plan to export blocks of balsa to ensure profitability and development both for the company and the state and especially to the inclusion and retention in a commercial market as is Spanish. For these reasons the design of a plan to export blocks of balsa from Quevedo Ecuador toward Spain would benefit the economy of the company and in a future the opening up of new markets in different countries of the world. Among the objectives that were raised we have: Define the operational and logistics to carry out the export of the balsa block. Perform internal and external analysis of the company using the SWOT matrix. Determine the documentation required to perform the export of balsa blocks. Establish quality requirements set forth by the buyers and develop the export plan. Thus the hypothesis raised was: the producer of raft needs guarantees to market your product to fair price at the time. The export process ensures the company to increase its growth in a 40% ensuring a profitability of 50% in addition to ensure its permanence in a globalized market.
