It was done in order to make a model of secretarial professional management to improve performance and customer service in the municipality; secretaries of this institution are focused on their daily work in this context is intended to achieve the improvement of the secretarial management that affects the customer service, which is central and fundamental part of the public service, the current situation demands one secretarial quality management, which according to the principles of efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency must meet needs, requirements and expectations of users, since they are the leaders to change the thinking and acting of the former secretarial practice to change management of a real containing new competencies and skills typical of this century. For these reasons, the desire in the question asked, and our proposal for the preparation of a comprehensive study analyzing the causes and results in solutions as we provide a valuable subject of the thesis required for obtaining Bachelor of Executive Secretariat.
