I have a good show that in the development of my prior to obtaining the title Attorney thesis is structured in six chapters then manifest in very summary form: In the first chapter I focus on is that this social problem as well as I refers to the formulation of the problem, objectives, hypotheses, variables and resources that I used to develop my research. In the second chapter I begin to develop my research with a history of domestic violence, then I mention to several concepts same as they are picked up by Act 103 , plus I'm saying why you should be fine even if withdrawal by the victim. In the third chapter I refer to the methods I’ve used such as deductive, inductive, interview, among others, that they allowed me to continue my research and justify. In the fourth chapter Analysis and Interpretation of Results of interviews with lawyers and others that allowed Quevedo Canton crystallize this research. In the fifth chapter, I pose the conclusions and recommendations of my research. And finally, in the sixth chapter I refer regarding my research proposal that it will be debated in the court of degree and bibliography
