Додати тег | Резюме: | The present investigation will be carried out in 6 institutions to verify compliance with the CPCCS, which are located in the Buena Fe canton, province of Los Ríos, its main objective is to evaluate the accountability and its impact of public institutions in compliance with the CPCCS of the Buena Fe canton, period 2019-2021. Surveys were carried out among the citizens and the leaders of the canton to collect information regarding the incidence of the accountability process. The interview was directed to the president of the assembly of citizen participation and local social control, which allowed us to know the process of collecting and processing information regarding accountability. Among the main findings is the urgency of strengthening these aspects in order to guarantee even stronger transparency and accountability at the institutional level. The public institutions of the canton complied with the evaluation of the governing entities with the exception of the Ministry of Public Health by not entering the information on the CPCCS page in 2021. It is important to implement solid accountability processes that ensure the quality of the information presented by institutions, promoting transparency and continuous improvement in these processes |
