The Banco Pichincha C.A., financial institution of recognized institutional trajectory, has an agency in the Parish Rural Patricia Pilar, and as is common knowledge the agency has created a line of credit known as microfinance, designed to empower microentrepreneurs, the agricultural and commercial industry sectors. In Patricia Pilar, said financial product (microcredit) has not provided the true support they need, both agriculture and trade, under the high interest rates charged by financial resources provided. This has allowed us to observe that the Banco Pichincha has placed USD $ 4'677.000,00. (SUPERINTENDENCIA DE BANCOS DEL ECUADOR, 2014) The research problem is exposed as follows: What are the impact microcredit finance agricultural and commercial sectors of the Parish Rural Patricia Pilar. Management developed for the delivery of microcredit focuses exclusively on the agricultural and commercial sectors. This line of business is exposed to high financial risk, since the beneficiaries often fail to meet its financial obligations, the effect of production costs incurred to get to get their products and offer them to the market sometimes are below the costs that apply for production. Likewise, commercial activity is low, does not have the financial dynamism that ensures achieving significant sales levels. This research is vital, as it will identify the financial resources invested and the profit generated in the agricultural and commercial sectors of the Parish Rural Patricia Pilar.
