| Crynodeb: | Worldwide organizations consider the labor climate as indispensable for the proper functioning of the activities within the organization because the employee works more actively when enjoys a good working environment, the climate is one of the terms used to define the group of characteristics that describe an organization or a part of it, depending on what members perceive and experience it. It is strongly linked with the interaction of people either in groups or individually acting, with the organizational structure and processes; and therefore it influences the behavior of people and job performance. In view of the great importance that management has been reaching the working environment for entrepreneurs in the development and construction of healthy environments within the organization, it is essential that every organization has a work climate where the employee is developed without any problems meeting each of the goals set by the General Management. This paper aims to propose a strategy plan that favors the working environment of the company Ladritejas based on the proposed monitoring indicators to be proposed to verify the environment on the job performance of workers. The method, inductive-deductive, analytic and synthetic, documentary and bibliographic research enabled through the use of texts, magazines and other documents have a clearer idea about research also used research techniques used to conduct the research as interviews and surveys. The results from data processing to detect served as evidence that there is a latent problem in the organization regarding the working environment and performance. Concluding that the conclusions and results obtained for solving the current problem that the company has a proposed solution is a plan strategies to improve the working environment and the good performance of employees Ladritejas arises. |
