Sumari:The present investigation was the Quinsaloma run in the canton is located in the south-central province of Los Ríos, coordinates between sector 1 12'22 "S and 79 º 19 'W. The soils are alluvial, the climate of the area is predominantly humid tropical varied research and socio-economic study called proposed new sustainability for producers of aloe Region Quinsaloma aimed to define the processes that make up the socio-economic study of farmers aloe. Conduct a socioeconomic study on the use, management, production and marketing of the crop of aloe to generate sustainability. Suggest a simple execution strategy for producers of aloe vera for marketing and sustainability, in the canton of Quinsaloma. Define forms of planting and cultivation of aloe farmers in the area Quinsaloma and socioeconomic effects of the crops. Conduct a socioeconomic study, management, production and marketing of the crop of aloe to generate sustainability. Suggest an improvement plan and sustainability for producers of aloe vera in the canton Quinsaloma. The research was based on the use of research methods that allow to explore, describe, infer, make statistical inferences, employing reference sources, primary, secondary, interviews and surveys, we have obtained the information for analysis and proposal for 23 producers of aloe canton Quinsaloma possessing 223 hectares. Analysis and interpretation of the information it was concluded: The social and educational aspect 5 of 55 farmers have primary education, 33% secondary and only 11% higher education .. The production units of aloe have surfaces ranging from a five hectares, and in most units less than 4 hectares. The largest number of farmers in a production unit of 7 , the remaining range between one and three. The planting distances ranging from 0.50 x 0.90 x 1.50 m and 1.0 m, with populations ranging between 8264 and 13333 plants per hectare. Crops has regularly among producers who do indiscriminately without periodicity . Higher revenue was recorded in plantations greater population density , and consequently the greatest benefit cost . The production unit " Quinsaloma Complex " has the highest cost benefit ratio of 3.6 , which means that for every dollar spent gets 2.6 additional units. The remaining production units has benefits ranging from 0.30 to 2.2 . The implementation of the proposal would increase its profits by 59.1 and 83.0% , which means an improvement of the economic and social aspects hence , to have more resources to meet their needs
