Ordenanza municipal para el control de los espacios de parqueaderos con parquímetros tarifarios

The realization of this research project entitled "Municipal Ordinance to control spaces parking Metered Tariff" is related to the problem of shortage of free places in the canton Santo Domingo, which causes a great deal of motorists parking in unauthorized places or authorized for this, obstructing the passage of pedestrians, public and private transport circulating in the area, so there is the need to put in place Municipal Ordinance parking locations in the areas where the vehicle is in frequent use, so that the parking facilities are built to facilitate movement of users and provide security for their cars, because they tend to park in streets and areas not designated for parking. Taking into account that Art. 7 COOTAD enables the full exercise of their powers and the powers concurrently may assume, recognizing regional and provincial councils, metropolitan and municipal councils, the ability to issue general rules through ordinances, agreements and resolutions, applicable within its territorial district this research project proposed by a municipal ordinance is believed to regulate traffic, providing for the implementation of parking meters and parking places, so that respect comes the constitutional guarantees of the owners of vehicles that look for a place to park your car and prevent accidents with regrettable consequences.
