In the problematization, we conducted a thorough analysis of the various causes and consequences generated by the lack of a milk bank, which will supply this food deficit in the period of lactation. The research hypothesis, namely: "the reform of Articles 2, 7 and 12 of the Law on Promotion, Protection and Support of Breastfeeding creation established milk banks in the country Maternity, improve the development and promotion of breastfeeding, "was duly confirmed with the results of the field research, which shows the need for the creation of a milk bank therefore accepted. The framework addresses a subject in the field of doctrine, jurisprudence and legislation, which supports the conceptual framework of the study object. The methods used allowed the entire investigative process route, and the techniques and research tools allowed us to collect information relevant field, the same as was discussed in the discussion, which provides a study of the results of research they propose other authors regard. The proposed amendments to Articles 2, 7 and 12 of the Law on Promotion, Protection and Support of Breastfeeding, aims to increase the rate of breastfeeding and foster the improvement and promotion. In conclusion, we found that you need to implement an amendment to the Law on the Promotion, Protection and Support of Breastfeeding, aimed at creating milk feeders or milk banks in all infant maternity hospitals in the country.
