Germinación de semillas de fresa (Fragaria spp.) con estimulación de una hormona utilizando tres tipos de sustratos
This study aimed to establish the influence of a hormone stimulation using three types of substrates on the germination of strawberry (Fragaria spp.). The hormone gibberellic acid was used in doses of 1.000, 1.500 and 2.000 ppm, and black soil substrates, humus and Pomino. The research work was carr...

Crynodeb: | This study aimed to establish the influence of a hormone stimulation using three types of substrates on the germination of strawberry (Fragaria spp.). The hormone gibberellic acid was used in doses of 1.000, 1.500 and 2.000 ppm, and black soil substrates, humus and Pomino. The research work was carried out in the field of Tontapí Chico, Patate Canton province of Tungurahua, in the ownership of Mr. Angel Tipán. The experimental design was D.C.A. factorial arrangement 3 x 4 and 3 reps, data collection was performed at 40 days of the investigation, which was performed statistical analysis using Statistical Analysis System (SAS). ANOVA procedure was used for the analysis of variance, Tukey (0,05) to compare means. We conducted an economic analysis of costs of implementing each treatment to 1.000 strawberry seeds. From the results it states that the best treatment for germination of strawberry (Fragaria spp.) stimulation of a hormone using three types of substrates is the T7 (Humus + 2.000 ppm gibberellic acid) and also the higher cost of implementation and, treatment T12 (Pomino no hormone) is the one that had the lowest cost. For the germination of strawberry seed Humus recommended use as substrate and apply 2.000 ppm gibberellic acid. |
