Тойм:This thesis was aimed to evaluate the social impact of housing bonds issued by the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing (Housing Ministry) families Quevedo Canton, period 2011 to 2013, whose objectives were; identify social indicators related quevedeñas families receiving housing bonds issued by the Housing Ministry, assess the effect of the housing voucher in the standard of living of families who receive and determine the social problems of the beneficiary families quevedeñas with housing voucher. To carry out research methods were used; inductive, deductive and analytical, while the type of research was descriptive, the research design allowed planning activities to be undertaken, research techniques were constituted by the interview with the Provincial Director of MIDUVI and surveys distributed by sectors and applied to benefit from the housing voucher Quevedo canton, for which a sample of 182 families was taken. The results showed that social indicators positively affect beneficiary families with housing bond, since during the years 2011-2013, 68% of respondents agreed to voucher marginal urban rural housing and 32% improved their housing, in total have delivered 534 housing bonds in the canton. According to the 100% of respondents indicated that housing bond has generated favorable effects especially because it has improved the quality of life of their families, 75% of people said they have family stability and promote 25% savings. Among the social problems facing families favored the housing voucher Quevedo is the economic situation in accordance with 48% health as 37% and 15% believed that it was the work situation, this is because 59% do not have regular employment, the same to enable them meet the needs that have to have their own home.
