Thus, for the development of the theoretical framework the topics and sub-themes with respect to this research are detailed, such as: administration, planning, importance of planning, plans, types of planning, principles, strategic planning, SWOT analysis ETC. Being a descriptive research, and applying the inductive / analytical methods for the execution of this project, all this with the support of the primary and secondary sources that allowed us to obtain the data collection, to obtain the results we proceeded to carry out 15 surveys, acquiring necessary information to meet the established objectives, data that were tabulated with the excel application. However the results obtained were not satisfactory, so they demonstrated deficits in which the company does not have a strategic plan being a relevant value of 100%, neither has vision and mission, manual of functions therefore this project developed a proposal for That the farm has excellent management. The conclusions and recommendations that were obtained after having carried out the analysis of the research were formalized. Bibliographic sources support concepts and definitions. Key words: Plan - strategic, agricultural.El presente trabajo de investigación “Plan estratégico para la finca agrícola “Sevilla”, recinto el Vergel, cantón Valencia”, tuvo como objetivo: diagnosticar la situación actual de la finca, establecer las bases direccionales y orientadores estratégicos, que permita definir el accionar de la finca, y realizar una propuesta del plan estratégico que ayuden al crecimiento de la misma con la finalidad de que el propietario pueda llevar a cabo una buena administración. De tal manera que para el desarrollo del marco teórico se detallan los temas y subtemas con respecto a esta investigación, tales como: administración, planeación, importancia de la planeación, los planes, tipos de planeación, principios, planeación estratégica, análisis FODA ETC. Siendo una investigación descriptiva, y aplicándose los métodos inductivo / analítico para la ejecución de este proyecto, todo esto con el apoyo de las fuentes primarias y secundarias que nos permitieron obtener la recolección de los datos, para la obtención de los resultados se procedió a efectuar 15 encuestas, adquiriendo información necesaria para cumplir con los objetivos establecidos, datos que fueron tabulados con la aplicación de excel. Sin embargo los resultados obtenidos no fueron satisfactorio, por lo que demostraron déficits en que la empresa no cuenta con un plan estratégico siendo un valor relevante de 100%, tampoco cuenta con visión y misión, manual de funciones por ende este proyecto desarrollo una propuesta para que la finca tenga una excelente gestión administrativas. Se formalizaron las conclusiones y recomendaciones que se obtuvieron luego de haber realizado el análisis de la investigación. Las fuentes bibliográficas sustentan los conceptos y definiciones. Se anexa formulario de encuestas.
