Caracterización morfo-estructural y faneróptica del cerdo negro criollo en la Provincia del Guayas.

The research work was carried out in the Guayas Province in the coastal region, with a geographical location 2º 12'00 '' south latitude and 59º 78'00'' west longitude at an elevation of 4 to 6 meters, assuming a Temperature of 30 ° C and a precipitation of 108.45 mm annually. The field work was accomplished by visiting the producers of the different places of the Province of Guayas, finding 109 females and 80 males with an average of 37.82 and 48.61 kg of weight. The corporal variables measured were: head length (LZC), head width (LZA), snout length (LH), width (AH), rump length (LGR), croup width (AGR), Height to cross (ALC), croup height (ALG), tail birth Height (ANC), longitudinal diameter (DL), dorsoesternal Diameter (DDE), bicostal Diameter (DBC), thoracic perimeter (PTO), Perimeter Reed (PCA), ear length (LO), ear width (AO). Cephalic (CFI), proportionality (PDI), corporal (CPI), pelvic (PVI), chest (ITO) on chest depth (PRP), toraxico pastern (IMT). Descriptive statistics and variance analysis were performed for the variables and zoomometric indexes, with the effect of sex. The means (cm) of the zoommetric variables were: In females (LZC) 27.98; (ACH) 15.54, (LH) 17.96; (AH) 9.95; (LGR) 28.40; (AGR) 22.31, (ALC) 64.87; (ALG) 65.29; (ANC) 52.74; (DL) 77.89; (DDE) 36.83; (DBC) 24.13; (PTO) 96.06; (PCA) 14, 16; (LO) 18.17; (AO) 17.24 and in males (LZC) 27.95; (ACZ) 15.44; (LH) 16.98; (OH) 9.90; (LGR) 27.76; (AGR) 21.39; (ALC) 64.52, (ALG) 65.62; (ANC) 53.16; (DL) 77.95; (DDE) 36.98; (DBC) 24.35; (PTO) 87.86; (PCA) 14.62; (LO) 17.56; (AO) 17,27 in these variables no significant statistical differences were found (P <0.01). The values (%) of the indices in females and males were: ICF, 55.36 and 56.78; IPD, 83.30 and 82.78; ICP, 81.09 and 88.72; BTI, 78.65 and 77.14; ITO, 65.56 and 65.94; PRP, 56.84 and 57.36; IMT, 14.74 and 16.60. In the phaneroptic variables, the absence of mammals with 63.49%, the shape of the ears with 36.51%, the frontal frontonasal profile with 43.39% and the type of hairless hair with 48.68% of the evaluated population.
