The main technique used for the research was field observation, giving way to the identification and evaluation of internal and external factors that affect or help each aspect of the company, the application of an Ishikawa diagram is essential to be able to know the problems, placing emphasis on the development of production through flow diagrams that facilitate the detail of all activities for the full use of the physical structure, analyze the wood control procedures taking into account all the established quality criteria, applying A traceability matrix determines the processes to which the wood will be subjected from when it arrives as a raw material until when it leaves as a finished product, the level of efficiency that will be achieved with the traceability matrix in the process of production and taking into account economic, control and management capacities.
