Seeking to answer several questions, posed the following research question How the development of a transportation project sure seniors and people with disabilities contribute to solve a social problem?, This led us to propose the following objectives; 1. Identify the population of disabled and older adults and to determine the transportation needs of the population of Quevedo.2. Determined by the economic-financial study the cost of implementing the transportation center for the benefit of seniors and people with disabilities administered by the year 2013.3 Quevedo GAD. Develop the proposal and presentation format SENPLADES as public investment project to GAD Quevedo. The assumptions underlying this research are: General Hypothesis "The creation of a transportation center for the benefit of the elderly and disabled constitutes a welfare project for the Canton and rural parishes. Specific Hypothesis 1. It is possible to identify the population demanding disabled and elderly and determine the transportation needs of the population of Quevedo through market research. 2. The economic and financial help to ensure that the investment costs are real and achievable. 3. The development of a public investment project submitted to SENPLADES be favorable for the population of disabled and elderly. For the development of the framework were taken as reference the main variables of hypotheses such as the elderly, people with disabilities, Polls, Survey of Economic and Financial Project Projects Format SENPLADES, etc. ...... |
