| Izvleček: | This research aims to present an analysis of the aspects related to the influence of organizational environment in the performance of the employees for the Credit Union "San Antonio" Ltda.- The Ríos, with the purpose of proposing a model for the development of organizational climate that will serve as a guide to the institution to promote a pleasant and motivational working environment for the employees, allowing an increase in their job performance and economic improvement within the institution. The Credit Union "San Antonio" Ltda.- Los Ríos, is a financial company which serves its local community and founded on October 29, 1969 (in 1992, closes operations) and reopens on 15 August 1996, at which time becomes part of the financial system in the canton Montalvo due to being a solid and profitable institution. The information is of a descriptive type. In order to obtain the information, investigative techniques such as interviews and surveys were aimed at working staff members of the Union, partners, managers, CEO, Council of Management and Supervisory Board. This information was tabulated by the SPSS program, making it possible to identify the major strengths and weaknesses in the Union and the causes that impact on the operational activities of the organization. The results of the study provided a vision of the organization in relation to the work atmosphere, studied through multiple variables such as the following: working conditions, redistribution and benefits, social environment of work and customer service, attributed to indicators in low pay and benefits (within this aspect the following are highlighted: work labor dissatisfaction of 57 %, job title that plays 57%, salary and additional benefits with a 52 %, stating that it is not proportional to the job functions being performed) and working social environment with a 48 %. Through the implementation of the development model for organizational environment, the change and improvement in the work environment whose purpose will be to raise the working performance of the collaborators of the cooperative should be promoted. |
