| الملخص: | This research was conducted in the city of Quevedo, located in the central area of the country to 74 meters above sea level with an area of approximately 302.8 km2, its geographical position, is confluence of roads major of the national network. It began formulating the problem to investigate; diagnose based on which way the creation of a campus of extreme sports in the canton Quevedo, as an alternative model of administrative management influences of professional development, tourism and economic competition of citizenship. Establishing objectives: Conduct a feasibility study for the establishment of a campus of Extreme Sports in Canton Quevedo, as an alternative model of administrative management; Analyze the demand and supply study of the project in relation to the administration of the extreme sports market in the canton Quevedo; Establish commercial technical guidelines, taking into account the type of service and management for the project location; Determine the profitability indicators for the impact on the viability of the project, all done in 2014. To comply with the objectives of the research, it was necessary to use the methods: inductive, deductive, analytical, together with the types of research: field because the primary information (scene) was obtained, allowed to investigate and review literature literature related to research; I provide descriptive about the benefits and management variables; oriento exploratory study of aspects of the project (planning, organization, direction and control); and this applied to the design of the surveys. The survey was conducted by taking a sample of 399 people in a range of ages between 15 and 54, of Canton Quevedo. The research was based on the feasibility study and components of market analysis, technical and financial; likewise the alternative of establishing a model of administrative management for this type of project. Profitability was won by the following formulas: Total costs, depreciation, cash flow breakeven (PE), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (B R. / C). With the development of the investigation it was found that in the Canton Quevedo, does not have an Extreme Sports Campus; offering the same pools, bar, ample recreation, recording an influx of in the first year of 109887 with a growth rate of 15% for a total of 16483 citizens. EXTREME SPACE, providing the services of several extreme sports like Wall Climbing, Paintball, Zipline, Skateboarding, Go Kart, Arcade BMX Street, with security measures necessary for its implementation, including swimming pools and soccer fields, for family recreation, which is expected to meet future demand. The technical study found that the total investment required for operations and amounted to ($ 187,558.78), of which 60% financing will be obtained through a commercial loan in the National Development Bank. The economic-financial, assessment determined the creation and implementation of the campus of extreme sports will lead to the development of professional, tourist and economic competition of citizenship and Quevedo Canton; and the ability to conceive new jobs. Financially EXTREME SPACE, is remarkably efficient because it provides a NPV of $ 36,203.51; an IRR of 26% above the discount rate (19.42%), with a recovery period of 4 years and 29 days. Finally it is concluded that it met the general hypothesis since the creation of a campus of extreme sports in the canton Quevedo, as an alternative model of administration, has the expected financial returns. |
