"La notificación por la prensa dentro del trámite de visto bueno vulnera el derecho constitucional a la defensa del trabajador"

This legal research entitled "NOTIFICATION BY THE PRESS IN THE PROCESS OF OKAY, BREACH THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO THE DEFENSE OF WORKER" with its respective proposal, "REFORM THE PARAGRAPH 7 OF ARTICLE 42 OF THE CODE OF WORK" , I made in order to solve the serious problem in some social by crossing the Ecuadorian worker. This Legal research is divided into six chapters. In the first chapter, it was the main part of the problem for knowledge and for the purpose it was necessary to propose the following hypothesis: "The amendment to paragraph 7 of Article 42 of the Labor Code. The second chapter, refers to the theoretical framework in aspects: historical, doctrinal and legal. In the third chapter describes the methodology used in the research at hand, the methods used, the types of research, population, sample techniques and instruments used in data collection. In the fourth chapter tests the hypothesis through research results obtained through interviews to judge the work as well as the Labour Inspector of Rivers based Quevedo, plus surveys of lawyers in free practice , which are called without any consideration violated the rights of workers. The fifth chapter describes the conclusions and recommendations. Finally the sixth chapter speaks of the Proposal, objectives, description of the 'proposal, beneficiaries and social impact, etc
