For its compliance, it was started with an internal and external analysis using a FODA matrix, which identifies the current situation of the plant and the factors that affect the performance of the processes, in order to enhance the strengths-opportunities and with help of this mitigate as much as possible weaknesses and threats, then action plans called FO-DO and FA-DA were established, are strategies that help to take advantage of the positive to mitigate the negative effect of the situation in as little as little as little. Among the limitations that occurred throughout the study is the lack of management of physical assets within the organization, the non-existent control of activities, while in the machinery are detected equipment in bad condition, waiting for corrective maintenance due to the low availability of preventive maintenance techniques, which results in inadequate planning when requiring corrective maintenance, leading to unnecessary time losses and stops in the production process, it is for this reason that the company requires the implementation of an Asset Management system, which will carry out the planning of training activities on Asset Management topics that will allow the development of the system, in conjunction with the implementation of formats for necessary control to complement management.
