总结:This research analyzes the impact of public education system, tacitly opened from Montecristi constitution approved in 2008. Among the results, it was known that 69.79% of the members of a family if they study, so preference in public schools. The average monthly income of 37.50% of family members who work, earn between $ 355 and $ 600 Gratuity of existing public education in the period 2010-2014, has made it possible for 32.55% of families surveyed in Quevedo, can save, thus appreciating their income and ensuring the best use of monetary resources. Investments in the period discussed, have improved the working environment and the teaching-learning process, as stated by the 57.29%. 53.39% for the current education system is favorable to society, as far onerous, existing educational system up until 2007. Since 2008, there have been a rigorous process of educational evaluation and ongoing training faculty schools and public schools, which has made 45.83% qualifies as very good the current system of education. The prevailing education system is inclusive, why have undertaken two programs, as I do I, Manuela Saenz and Dolores Cacuando, which have led to community Quevedo is in a 76.56% satisfied with the projects undertaken.
